Party planning, the easy way

We recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead, especially for weekends in spring and summer. Have a last-minute party? Send a request anyway - we'll do our best to make it happen.

A deposit is required to reserve your date and lock it in on our calendar, $50 for packages under $360, $65 for larger packages. It's not an extra charge; your deposit goes toward your total balance, with the remainder due before or on the day of your event. Deposits are non-refundable.

Every soft play and inflatable rental includes 4 hours of fun. Need more time? Additional hours are just $50 per hour, simply let us know when you book.

Yes! Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are free within Richmond. A delivery fee may apply to surrounding areas based on your location, we'll confirm it in your quote. You don't lift a finger.

Every soft play piece, ball, and inflatable is deep-cleaned and disinfected before and after every event. Your little ones' safety and health come first, always.

It depends on the set - most soft play areas fit in a 12x12 ft space, and inflatables need a bit more plus a nearby power outlet. Tell us your space in the request and we'll recommend the perfect fit.

Absolutely - backyards, party rooms, indoor venues, and many local parks all work. For parks, please check whether a permit is required at your location.

For outdoor inflatables we'll work with you to reschedule or move to a covered/indoor space. We'll always keep the kids safe and the party fun.
